What paper are your prints made from?

The papers that I have chosen from my supplier means my prints are made from 100% recycled paper made to be recycled again! Prints that are coated are done so with natural clay coating, so this does not affect the recyclability of the prints. Dependant on which paper I have used, due to the recycled nature of the paper some prints may have specks in the grain, which is totally normal and adds to the texture of the print. Specifics of each paper will be listed on the item page. 

What packaging do you use?

I care about being environmentally conscious and sustainable, therefore will aim to use cardboard & paper or fully recyclable packaging for my products. Prints may come with a plastic-like sleeve on but these are actually made from vegetable starch and are 100% compostable & biodegradable.

I will also reuse packaging when I can so your parcels may not look very aesthetically pleasing!

Can you gift wrap an order and/or send a note?

Currently I do not offer a gift wrapping service. However, I will consider this in the future if requested enough. 

How can I track my order?

PRINT/BOOK ORDERS will be sent with Royal Mail 48hr Tracked and you should receive a tracking code with your order. You can track your order on their website.

BOOKMARK/POSTCARD ORDERS as these are smaller items I will usually send them via Royal Mail 2nd class in a hardbacked envelope. If they are ordered alongside a larger item they will be packed together & send with 48hr Tracked.

What if my item is lost?

After I have sent the order unfortunately it is out of my hands. Please contact Royal Mail with any queries on lost packages. If your order is returned to me I can contact you to rearrange delivery.

Can I request a certain photo to be printed or a bigger print size?

For requests of this kind please contact me and I will see what I can do! Certain photos shown on my website aren't up for sale as prints for a variety of reasons e.g. location photography rules, quality etc.

I currently only offer A3/A4 or smaller as these are the easiest to send in the post. In the future I may offer bigger sizes but this is what I'm starting out with to make it easier on myself! 

Where do you ship to?

As this is my first time selling prints, to start I am only going to ship in the UK & Ireland purely to make it easier on myself. I'd be willing to rethink this in the future dependant on sales.

I'm based in London and currently doing this in my spare time from our flat!

What's your refund/returns policy? 

• If a product has arrive faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong product, please contact me with your order no., issue & photos within 14 days of receival and I will be happy arrange a replacement or refund. 

• If I have not yet fulfilled your order - you may cancel your order and request a refund if you change your mind.

• If you're not happy with your order for another reason, please contact me with the reason for return within 14 days of receival and I'll see what I can do! I cannot cover the cost of shipping back to me for returns that aren't faulty or damaged. 

When will my order be processed/delivered?

As I run this shop by myself alongside other freelance work, it may take a few days for me to dispatch your order, so please allow around a week from ordering for it to be processed and shipped to you!

All orders are shipped Royal Mail 48hr Tracked so please allow 2-3 working days for your order to get to you once marked as sent. 

Help! I've put the incorrect address.

Please contact me ASAP with the correct address and I can rectify this for you. Unfortunately if your order has been dispatched there isn't anything I can do.
